nice overall as i stay before. dunno how many times i oledi stay at here. mostly will stay here when i visit to kl.

Comfortable bed and linen. Cool and clean room. Easily accessible - very close to the main road. Close to a few mini markets and restaurants. Free basement parking. Nice view of Merdeka 118 and Petronas Twin Towers

U Pac staff was super supportive.

U Pac staff was super supportive. Value for money. Breakfast was good. Had a nice stay there. Most important thing is the U pac staff. They were super supportive and excellent customer service. i like they have private car park. fridge, washing machine, water filter hot & cool water refill. Staff here are friendly.

Happy stay

Staff were great. Particularly the friendly Nepalese guy on reception who would be happy to have conversations with me. The free computer to connect to the internet was appreciated. It was clean

The pipes in my first room made strange noises and woke me up at night. However they did let me move rooms as soon as I complained. The tv didn't work very well.

Huge bed, nice shower, cool aircond, dim light. Staff really nice . High privacy

Have to go down to get hot water as there are no water heater in the room, the bed really springy and make a lot of noise when i turn around try to sleep . Also the toileterist are not provided at all. I know there's 7e nearby but I didnt spend RM154 just to get springy bed and literally have to buy my own toileterist at 7e

Pleasant stay and a real value for money.

I arrived 2 hours earlier and the staff let me do early check in. Two thumbs up for their consideration and efficiency.

There is no floor mat after coming out from the bathroom.

The price is very affordable. The place is good, there are 7-11, Speedmarr & KK mart nearby. The staffs are friendly. Looking to stay here again in future.

All in all, good experience, will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable bed, clean sheets, aircon was good, room was clean, good towels, room was a good fit for a short stay, enough restaurants in the vicinity, bank just around the corner, taxis easily available on the main road.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor, had trouble shaving in that light!

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a very good...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a very good experience. The room was clean, the atmosphere was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, TV channel are very limited. At least I manage to find National Geo inside, only around 10 channels, which is rather boring for my kids.

I like it since a few years ago when i travel to kl.

I like it since a few years ago when i travel to kl. I like its location, very convenient to go anywhere. I like the parking underground make me feel safe & no need to worry about no parking lot. I like the friendly stuff, especially the malay aunty who prepare the breakfast everyday,she always hv smile on face & be nice to every customer in the cafe.

Recently found that management have a bit changing, not as good as last time when i stay there. Maybe next time will find another place to stay.

Decent stay. You get what you pay for.

Private parking which is excellent( Drove from sg) Room was clean Friendly staff Good for short stay Reasonable price for the hotel.

Breakfast was meh. Nothing fantastic. Location is a distance from Klcc about 10km. Small room Slope to carpark is abit steep. Lowered cars will have its front bumper scratched

I won't recommend this place unless you own a car and it's opposite the mosque.

The aircon in both rooms were not working properly, just blowing hot air. No coffe tea making facility, hot water dispenser outside room was't working. No bathroom mat n had to ask for.

First, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean, pleasent smell, comfortable bed. High pressure water in bathroom. Besides, got secure basement parking for free. other than that, got laundry, fridges and dispenser. Much worth it for its price.

Basic but good value for money

The hotel is budget level and basic however it is clean and comfortable. There is a 7 Eleven store next door which is very convenient and a laundromat a further 3 doors down. There are any number of street food vendors close nearby. The hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Pudu is an older but interesting area with quite a few Kopitiams and a busy wetmarket all within about a kilometre walk of the hotel. There is a bus stop about 80 metres from the hotel and train stations at Pudu or Chan Sow Lin but these are both about 1.5 kilometres away.

I stayed at this hotel around 5 years ago and while it is still good value for money, and still comfortable enough it is starting to look a bit tired and a little scruffy compared to what it was when I first stayed there. What has improved is the amount and variety of local food vendors.
